Events

• Besides carrying out research, the Institute will organize workshops, conferences, lecture series and Symposia to bring the various developments in these disciplines to the attention of other mathematicians, scientists, scholars, industry personnel / entrepreneurs and the general public. Special workshops will be run by eminent persons in frontier areas of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science. Pedagogic lectures too will be given. Student competitions for unearthing the gifted in mathematical sciences will be conducted from time to time. It will endeavor to nurture the talented by offering them scholarships and other incentives.
• Periodical meetings with Government, industry and Business will be held with a view to enhancing their competitive edge through application of major breakthroughs in Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science.
• Mathematical Fairs will be held to coincide with the birth days of eminent mathematicians like Aryabhatta, Bhaskara-I, Brahmagupta, Mahavira, Munjala, Bhaskara-II, S Ramanujan and the like.
• The Institute will recognize extraordinary contributions to Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science of individuals through Awards.
