Research Interests
Cryptology:
Pairings and their applications to cryptology including composite order pairings based protocols, Isogeny computation on elliptic curves, Hashing into elliptic curves, Secret sharing.
Coding Theory:
Construction of codes on function fields and applications, Asymptotically good codes, List decoding algorithms, Grobner basis techniques for construction and list decoding of algebraic geometric codes.
Function field theory:
Drinfeld modules, modular curves and forms, Construction of asymptotically optimal function field towers, Properties of recursive towers.
